Didn't your conduct on the Parish Council lead to you being reprimanded by the Standards Board Roy?

No, you are factually incorrect.
My conduct on the Parish Council was not questioned.
What was questioned was an interpretation of a very vague rule under personal disclosures - so vague in fact that nobody in the country had previously challenged the interpretation. Indeed, the Standards Committee had to seek professional guidance to understand it. It was also accepted that my interpretation had no bearing whatsoever on the parish council itself.
As a result of this the Standards Board accepted that the rule was vague and reworded it so that it was clear for others.
There were many councillors in fact who had interpreted the rule in the same way, and as a result altered their disclosures, including at least one on NPC who is still a councillor.
However, I am not making any suggestion that the conduct of any councillor is contrary to the standards by which they are required to conduct business. So there is no comparison between my situation then and the situation now.
Thus, the title of your blog is somwhat misleading, as is your assertion.
