Parking in Newport village centre

This morning I witnessed Roy H. obstructed from exiting CSE by a car parked across the junction of CSE. Roy had to blow his horn to remove the obstructing driver.
Just another example of this problem.

Of course, if we had an accommodation road I could have turned round and gone the other way!!! :>) LOL

Hi Roy, which part of your second statement is worthwhile/productive, as it looks quite like a poorly constructed snipe from here. If it was then that would be sort of a contradiction on your first statement, wouldn't it ?
