Empty canal

There is so little water in the canal, the fish are learning to walk on their fins!!
Yet they are still running it off!

Falling in
Due to this policy, the banks are continuing to fall into the canal, which is now 2 to 3 foot narrower than it was only a few years ago.
Probably cheaper year on year until the tenth year when you have to reinstate it !
