Flower tubs

I believe responsibility for watering the tubs rests with the residents. Is this true?
If so, do the residents know?
The tubs on CSE are very dry!

Allegedly, Frank has been seen wandering around with containers of water ;o)
Tub Watering
Actually, when the tubs were originally put in position one of the residents in the cottages had volunteered to water.
Not sure this was getting done & as the flowers were looking particularly thirsty I gave them a well-earned drink .
It would be nice if other residents opposite could just check now and again to see if they need watering - it wouldn't take much effort...
